Contact

You can report any deficiencies in the implementation of accessibility requirements through the following contact:

Phone: +49 175 6026492
Email: helena.ba@web.de

This accessibility statement applies to http://www.helenabachmann.de.

This website is largely compliant with the requirements of the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (08-2018).

Non-accessible content:

The following content is not fully accessible for the following reasons:

  • Some images on this website do not have alternative texts or have insufficient alternative descriptions. As a result, this content is not fully accessible to users of screen readers or voice-based output systems.

  • The page structure is visually based on font sizes but lacks semantically correct heading tags (H1–H6). This makes it difficult for screen reader users to navigate and understand the structure of the website.

  • Interactive elements such as the cookie banner, main navigation menu, and image sliders are partially not fully operable via keyboard navigation and lack visible focus indicators. This limits accessibility for users relying solely on keyboard controls.

  • ARIA roles and attributes for identifying active elements and areas are not consistently implemented, depriving screen reader users of important information about their current position and the functionality of elements.

  • There is no live status message (e.g., via ARIA live regions) when cookies are set, meaning screen reader users are not automatically notified of status changes.

  • Parts of the color scheme, particularly in the cookie banner buttons, texts, and certain navigation elements, do not meet the minimum contrast ratio requirements according to WCAG 1.4.3.

Reasons:

  • Embedding of external tools

  • Continuous updates and changes to the website
